Primarily Undergraduate Institution Management Excellence in Research (PRIMER) seeks to advance the research enterprise by development, testing, and dissemination of a model for post-award training and support of research administrators, including early career RAs, at primarily undergraduate institutions (PUIs). PRIMER is a collaboration between The College of New Jersey and the University of South Florida.
